1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ConnectSphere, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including attendees, organizers, and photographers.

2. Account Registration & LinkedIn

We rely on LinkedIn OIDC for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LinkedIn account. ConnectSphere is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised LinkedIn credentials.

3. Role-Specific Terms

For Organizers

You are responsible for the management of your event rooms and Ensuring that attendees adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy.

For Photographers

You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents before uploading photos containing identifiable individuals to the Media Hub.

For Attendees

You agree to use the platform for professional networking and to respect the privacy of other participants.

4. Modifications to Service

ConnectSphere reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature (including the ephemeral chat rooms) at any time without notice. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the ephemeral nature of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTSPHERE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.
