Who operates ConnectSphere

ConnectSphere is a project operated by Mohamed Aslam, an individual based in Singapore. ConnectSphere is not currently a registered company. In these terms, we, us and our refer to Mohamed Aslam. Contact: connectsphere@mohdaslam.dev.

These terms and our Acceptable Use Policy govern use of the platform. Our Privacy Notice explains personal data handling; accepting these terms is not consent to optional tracking or marketing.

Eligibility and accounts

This beta is intended for users in Singapore aged 17 or older. Do not create an account if you are under 17. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and do not impersonate another person. We may restrict an account if eligibility or authority is in doubt.

If you are 17, read the short privacy and safety notices carefully. Ask a parent, guardian or trusted adult for help if anything is unclear. Where you cannot understand or validly agree to these terms or the proposed data use, do not proceed without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Organizers must have authority to act for their event or institution.

Sign-in and LinkedIn

Email sign-in and LinkedIn sign-in are available. LinkedIn is optional and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. LinkedIn sign-in is not verification of your age, employment, qualifications or real-world identity. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by LinkedIn.

The LinkedIn integration requests basic identity, profile and email permissions for sign-in, not permission to read your LinkedIn messages or connections or post on your behalf. Our Privacy Notice explains the information received and how to revoke access or request deletion.

Beta availability and payments

Participation in the current beta is free. Paid checkout is disabled. Feature availability and limits may change, and some planned or premium features are unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service, successful introductions, employment or business outcomes. Keep your own copies of important information.

We will not automatically convert your beta account into a paid subscription. Any future purchase requires a separate affirmative order with the price, currency, scope, cancellation and refund terms disclosed beforehand. Do not send money to another user claiming to collect platform fees. Report unexpected charges to our support address.

Your content and other people

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit and display it only as needed to provide, secure and moderate the service, subject to the Privacy Notice. This does not give us ownership of your content or a blanket right to use it in advertising.

Only upload material you have permission to share, including identifiable photos of other people. Event organizers and photographers must provide appropriate notices and obtain permission where required. An event invitation or attendance alone is not permission for unrelated promotion or marketing.

Other participants may copy material they can see. Do not share identification numbers, passwords, financial details, intimate images or confidential school or workplace information. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted.

Events, recommendations and safety

Organizers are responsible for their event arrangements, lawful notices, supervision and response to reported misconduct. ConnectSphere does not verify or guarantee an event, participant or venue.

Recommendations in this beta use rule-based profile and interest matching. They can be wrong and are not a hiring assessment or a judgment of suitability. External generative-AI features are disabled in this beta.

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate reports, restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary for safety, law or policy enforcement. We do not monitor every message or guarantee that misuse will be prevented. Contact support to question an action or request review.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service and request deletion as described in the Privacy Notice. Ending an event does not automatically delete its data, and mutual connections may continue beyond an event.

We may suspend or end the beta, with reasonable notice where practical. Urgent safety or legal action may require immediate restriction. We will identify material policy changes and seek renewed agreement or consent where required; a changed date alone does not authorize new uses of personal data.

Responsibility and governing law

The beta is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of user content. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights.

Singapore law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights that apply to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Singapore courts have jurisdiction subject to applicable law. These terms do not require you to waive statutory complaint or regulatory rights.
